When my mother died about 4 and half years ago, a few days after her burial, in a dua/blessing of the soul mehfil/gathering, the preacher/huzur who came and lead the prayer and sermon - he was a bit pro-Jamaat I believe, and saying a bit of non-sense political stuffs . After the prayers, his shoes got stolen from my parents' property. One of my anti-razakkar socialista AL relatives must have done it. While my pro-Jammat family memebrs all started to shout...and the huzur had to catch a flight to KSA in a few hours...dude didn't have any shoes on./..And started a hata-hati between all my maar-danga BNP/Jamaat/AL/CPB relatives. There were like hundreds of people and fakir/miskins. My Parkinsons disease father on his wheelchair started to curse everyone, saying "each and everyone of you are boodmais...Bair ho amar bari theike...Amar wife is dead..."

I had to run and get one of my old pair of sneakers + 2 packets of biriyani for the taout huzur and I said, "Jaan, taratari plane dhoren...Hajj-er porey dekha hobey, Allah-er kachey maaf chaan giya...faltu kotha kom bolen..."

About 30 hours, a day and half later, someone in my family home found a pair of brand new unclaimed unfamiliar Dubai sandals in one of the restrooms behind the toilet.

Anyway, on a serious note: Usman, we are extremely sorry about this incident. We are ashamed of this.
BCB should gift him a several pairs of the best BD leather sandals, shoes, nagras and also to the whole Aus contingent, team, staff everyone.
