Congrats tigers! you did us proud again. One of our greatest test wins. What makes it even more impressive is being able to pull off victory despite losing the toss and batting second on a tricky surface. Never had any doubt we'd successfully chase down the total today. Hope this is the first of many more wins to come in the near future.

Great job guys. I told before the india series that Bangladesh is now the second best test team in Asia. They have come out and proven it. Now is the time to make it permanent and consistent!

Alhamdulilah. MashAllah. SubhanAllah.
Historic match, win in the 100th test match for Bangladesh . First TEST win against SL, that too away in SL.
Credit goes to BD bowlers in the first session on the first day, credit to the seniors, credit to the youngsters. Played well throughout, and dominated Sri Lanka from start.
Credit goes to the captain. coach, all BD team members and backroom staffs.
Well Done!
Now, onwards and upwards, InshAllah.

But he adds... he knows how to get those runs.... nice little info...
Great future... boy has...
Amazing performance from EVERYONE.

Well played Soumya, Sabbir, Mosaddek, Sabbir, Fizz, Roy, Taijul
And the seniors? you know how you get 10 years worth of experience? by playing 10 years! Thanks for proving your critiques wrong!

Congratulations to all the Bangla fans. Results finally starting to reflect potential. Well done. Almost gave it away in the 3rd innings though. But now the lessons can be learnt with a happy and positive mindset, instead of ruing another missed opportunity.
Don't post here anymore thanks to the home-trolls with the BCCI and India bashing fetish, but wanted to wish the good guys.

First of all congratulations to Bangladesh for winning the 100th test. I have noticed couple of things that may be the difference this time.
1. IMO those 4 changes came at the right time. We have came a long way now from the time we used to include out of form players just to fill out numbers and used to prioritize those with international experience. When we had players like mosa and Sabbir, it was right decision to rest Riyadh.
2. One thing no one is talking about is contributions of our fast bowlers. They were economical, even when they weren't taking wickets they were able to keep run rates on check. In the past if you look other bowlers such as Rubel - used to leaking runs and helping opponents settle. This may at the end helped us crossed the line.

Yes, particularly if you look at the pitch, the fast bowlers made a valiant effort and gave us a real chance to win this match. It was always a good pitch to bat on, the batsmen only had to back up the efforts made by our bowlers.
