Default Is BCB and Dudhia on the right track?

If the CEO is the symbol of the boss then I would say things are ok and on track.

As you all know we have a new CEO in charge, Mr. Dudhia. Since October 2003, he has started to acclimatize and understand BD cricket. So we cannot expect much from him during such a short period. But judging from recent events such as the smooth handling of the U-19 event and the completion of the new stadiums things are looking good. Was'nt his strategic development plan covering these areas:
1-introduction of an efficient and effective management structure
2-development of excellent facilities all over Bangladesh
3- develop high performance cricket, including a viable club system
4- build up participation and ensure cricket has a strong and sustainable financial base.

Seems like the first 2 are achievable goals. The murky area is politics and how this might still derail the ongoing process.
Can we be optimistic that a sense of professionalism has been initiated in the BCB? Or is this still a pipe dream?

Actually, I never had a chance to see a delailed plan from the new CEO. There's probably none circulating in the media. Politics will continue to be a part and parcel of any kind of development in the country.

The goodnews however is that, the matters involving the national team, apart from a few incidents, have been soundly based on professionalism, the very thing almost non existent in other sectors.
