Bashing is a harsh, gratuitous, predjudicial attack on a person, group or subject. Literally, bashing is a term meaning to hit or, colloquially, to assault but when it is used as a suffix, or in conjunction with a noun indicating the subject being attacked, it is normally used to imply a sense of uncompromising vehemence and bigotry about the assailant.
The term applies to two different types of attack: physical assault and verbal or critical assault. In the latter case, bashing is used metaphorically to indicate an attack on a subject that is of similar aggressiveness and motivation to the physical case.
Topics which attract bashing tend to be personally sensitive topics for the bashers, the victims or both. They also tend to be highly partisan issues. Common areas include religion, nationality, sexuality, politics and topics of critical appraisal within fandom.

Aftab will make a good test cricketer if learns to curb his aggressiveness. Needs to be able to stay longer at the crease. I think if he plays in domestic or first class 3 and 4 day matches, he will develop the mental capacity, he is one player I would like to see become a good test player.

Zunaid is another young cricketer who can be groomed in a few years time.

Bangladesh has young talent, all it takes is grooming and preparation.

1. Primary reason: Paid research for Bauldami Reversal and Reassignment Specialist Hostiptal for Top Order Batsmen (BRRSHTOB), New Haemayetpur, Bangladesh.

2. Secondary reason: To explore what kind of BID (Baulod In Denial) I am myself for believing that an acceptable transition is possible from the NCL/Junior international level to the big time.

Please dont insult your intelligence especially since you are putting it on the line for Alok Kapali. He will fail without a trace of doubt. However that wont make you a BID (in your language). Each and every one of the members who are getting behind Alok Kapali should prepare to get their faces red. The only good thing to come out of this suppport is more Alok haters will be born after their patience too is tested to the limits.

Alok Kapali and Tushar Imran should be barred from the national team for life.

It is kind of early, but based on current circumstances, I would like Tamim and Nafees to open, and Mushfiq to come in one down. Ashraful can bat at five, Shakib at four and Mashrafe at seven, followed by Rafique, Razzak, Rasel and Shahadat. Aftab gets to bat at number six.

This is my ODI team, btw. For tests, I would probably replace Tamim Iqbal, but am undecided on who to replace him with. I would probably also have Aftab swap places with Mushfiq, but that's iffy.

Haven't seen much so far in the NCL that would suggest that this wouldn't be the best XI that we can pick. I'll give SN the benefit of doubt and hope for him to come good against a quality attack, because after all, not even Ashraful fires in domestic cricket. So my ODI squad remains unchanged.

As for tests, I still have my reservations regarding Tamim Iqbal, and wouldn't want to see him in the longer version yet. Not too sure who would be an ideal partner for Shahriar Nafees, but if no one else comes good, seeing that this is going to be a difficult tour for openers, it's going to have to be good old JO.

Firstly Id like to say that all players should get as much domestic matche before the NZ series. Both first class and list A matches are VITAL

Roles

Bowler
Batsman
All-Rounder

ODI team

1) Junaid Siddique
2) S Nafees
3) Aftab A
4) Md Ashraful
5) Sakib al Hasan
6) Mushfiq R [WK]
7) Mahmudullah
8) M Mortaza
9) Shahadat hossain
10) A Razzaq
11) S Rasel
12) Nazim-uddin
13) Tamim Iqbal
14) Imrul Kayes
15) Nadif Choudhury

1st choice of Openers should be Junaid and Nafees for the first match, then the less successful of the two should be replaced the next match with tamim Iqbal, if both do horribly then they should be replaced with Nazim as well.

Test team

1) Javed Omar the great lol
2) S Nafees
3) Rajin Saleh
4) Md Ashraful
5) Habibul Bashar
6) Mushfiq R [WK]
7) Sakib al Hasan
8) Farhad Reza
9) M Mortaza
10) Md Rafique
11) Shahadat Hossain
12) Enamul Haque
13) Imrul Kayes
14) Nazim-uddin
15) Ziaur Rahman

My ODI team :

1. Zuned (provided he will do well in NCL)
2. Tamim
3. SN
4. Aftab
5. Ashraful
6. Alok/Nazim/Tushar/Mehrab Jr (whoever does best in NCL)
7. Sakib
8. Mahmudullah
9. Mushfiq
10. Rafique
11. Abdur Razzak
12. Mashrafe
13. Rasel
14. Shahadat
15. Zia/Dolar/Sharif/Nazmul/Tapash (whoever does best in NCL)

For Tests, Enamul Jr replaces Abdur Razzak, and Rajin replaces Mahmudallah. Someone from Hannan Sarkar and Nafees Iqbal may replace someone from Zunaed and Tamim in the Test squad if they (Hannan, NI) can put up some outstanding performances in NCL.
