So far early sign looks promising for ODI and T20. If he can keep line length consistently and do odd slogging, could be handy in the limited over version. But, lets wait for 5-6 series before you can judge him to some extent.

Test is the game of specialists. You need to be either in top 6 batsman or in top 4 bowler to get selected. After that if you have some extra edge in batting or bowling, you can call him an alrounder. Based on this definition, only Shakib falls into the test alrounder category.

Zia- Hit-or-miss one trick pony. What he does isn't batting. It is blind slogging.

Farhad- Clean hitter of the ball with good batting potential on flatter tracks.

Babu- CAN bat.

Raju- CAN bat.

Milion- See Zia. That said, he's a cleaner hitter of the ball than Zia.
