Foiled Terrorist Attack in Dhaka in November 2009

So, does anyone know more about this foiled attempt by Lashkar-e-Taiba to attack the US Embassy and Indian High Commision in Dhaka in November 2009, apparently as an anniversary of the Mumbai attacks in November 2008? I am just relieved that we were able to stop them in time.

Thank you dear Shaad bhai for bringing this up to our attention, I had no idea, I am reading them news now....I am very very thankful and glad that those attempts by those evil Lashker/T were foiled! They need to be eradicated completely.

We are not completely out of danger. L.T extremest still hiding in BD. Looking for chances to occur crime like 7/11 Mumbai Blast or more dangerous one.

You are right . However, situation is quite different now in Bangladesh. Those terrorist groups used to get active assistance from various government agencies during the BNP-JI gov which is no longer available now. This makes their sinister tasks more difficult to execute. Most safe houses of the their Pakistani sponsors/operators have been taken out and their local sponsors are cornered too. Having said this , we need to be vigilant for every eventuality.
