ঢাকা: বাংলাদেশ ক্রিকেট বোর্ড (বিসিবি) থেকে পাকিস্তানে পর্যবেক্ষক দল পাঠাতে আরও দেরি হবে। মধ্য ফেব্রুয়ারিতে যাওয়ার কথা থাকলেও তা পিছিয়ে মার্চের প্রথম সপ্তায় হতে পারে।

পাকিস্তানে আর কেউ না গেলেও বিসিবি সভাপতি আ হ ম মোস্তফা কামাল ঠিকই যাবেন। বিসিবির ভারপ্রাপ্ত প্রধান নির্বাহী কর্মকর্তা নিজামউদ্দিন চৌধুরী বাংলানিউজকে জানান,‘যুব ও ক্রীড়া মন্ত্রণালয় থেকে দুইজন, স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্র� �ালয় থেকে তিনজন এবং বিসিবির নিরাপত্তা বিভাগের প্রধান (অব কর্নেল মিসবাউদ্দিন সের্নিয়াবাত, দুই জন পরিচালক এবং বিসিবি সভাপতি থাকতে পারেন পর্যবেক্ষক বহরে।’

This guy lotus is a totally corrupt person, we all know why Pakistan want us to visit so they can bring international cricket back to Pakistan. But Lotus just wants money/power and that's why he is sending our team there, even some pakistani people I know said it's not really safe for teams to travel to pakistan.

I'm confident our players will refuse to tour. Our players association won't stand for it, as this sets a life-threatening precedent for all current and future players. Plus most of our players are kids and in our deshi culture parents still rule the roost. Who's parents will let them tour a war zone?

Even Lotus cannot force the players to tour...this ain't Pyongyang or Uday and Qusay's Iraq.

Bring on whatever ire and wrath comes from Lotus and his PCB puppeteers.

Hey guys, remember BD have also had questions flying around re going to tour for their home games in the past! What happened to the lankas upsets me everytime I think about it, but at some point they will have international tours again...

Fair enough....but BD never had any terrorism situations.....as for Pakistan, yes it's true that they have to start from somewhere....but I guess there are still some risks....it's better for BD team to avoid it at the moment....
