Gibson was disappointed in Narine's bowling too....
"He [Sunil Narine] didn't bowl as well as we expected him to bowl, but this is his [fourth] game in international cricket and it's a learning experience for him. On the other side, young [Veerasammy] Permaul bowled really well. He flighted the ball. Sammy bowled well too. Today was not all bad for us. We probably expected to get a few more wickets, but we need to work a little harder."
Another century for Powell...congrats!

Rubel just gave away 14 runs - lead of 400 runs by lunch tomorrow doesn't look so difficult now.
60 overs for us to survive looks daunting.

In the second Test against NZ, they both got out to low scores. In the first Test, they both scored highly, but Gayle had a higher aggregate, and a better average, for the series. This is the scorecard for the first Test:

Excuse me didn't you read my post properly? i said "last three tests" i.e including this one, they've only played three times together so what else could i have meant? and as i type Powell gets another ton while Gayle sits in the shed!! .

Now bring in shak from other end and attack Samuel...chander can't bat in top 7 as he was absent from the field yesterday so one more wk may open the door for us to get couple more and control the flow of run

What you really should've said is that Powell has done better in this Test, it was even in the second Test against NZ, and Gayle was better in the first Test against NZ....
That's more accurate, and not as misleading.
