On the topic of biryani, when I used to watch cricket in the 90s at Bango Bondhu stadium, the kachi biryani on the outer stadium was an amazing treat during the innings break.

They would sell packets of tehari (a spiced beef pilaf) inside the stadium and the price would start reducing as the game went on.

Sri Lanka won a test in WI.

I don’t see why we can’t win?

Believe.

It’s coming home.

I also hope we do well too InshahAllah.

However if we get Ganja washed by the West Indian team I hope WHEN THEY COMING home, they get same reception as South Korean football team

South Korean footballers were thrown eggs...but with the egg BD players might not be able to recycle broken eggs as long as they are not boiled.

They r a better team than us. Even the ranking suggests that. They whitewashed Australia in SL and Pak in UAE, something which we can only dream of.

Therefore, it will be interpreted as a delusion of grandeur if we make ourselves believe that just because SL managed to outclass WI in WI, we will be able to replicate the same. Especially if we consider our recent form and the way they got humiliated against tiny Afghanistan. This team needs some big changes in order to turn things around.

I also hope that we do well in the upcoming series. But West indies in WI is a pretty decent team and they managed to put up a good fight against India even though on paper India was 20 times stronger than WI

Please dont say things that you honestly dont mean. You just want Bangladesh to lose so you can really say extremely negative stuff about the team.

I dont understand why India comes into context here out of all the other countries, especially when the last team West Indies played was Sri Lanka.

Typical story! Rain coming! What is this bullsh!t point of pretending to play international cricket all year around, when they are so meaningless due to weather!

Jason Holder wins the toss and are bowling first.

Shimron misses out yet again. Keemo Paul also.

Was hoping to see shanto but don't mind seeing Liton open and nurul keep.

Interesting match up, WI bowlers stronger than BD bowlers but BD batsmen stronger than WI batsmen. But the strong suits for either team can also be inconsistent. Hopefully a good contest.

It's good to see the team management playing Liton as a specialist batsman and Nurul as the wicket keeper. I like the batting line up.
