Spinner. Pacers are only allowed 15 overs per day to prevent injury.

We are all happy obayed bhai. SLA is getting to obvious now a days. My problem is if they can bowl with their left arm why not ball fast as we have mega shortage in that department.

Shipon bhai, even after playing for such a long time and with good facilities and infrastructure, India, SL is still struggling to produce fast bowler. They also know that Fast bowling is not their strength. That is why they keep producing good spinners so that they don't lose competitive advantage over other teams.

I too believe that our pace bowling dept needs more resources but we can't afford to stop producing SLA's/ or other spinners. Spin is our main strength, the more good spinners, the better for us, at least on our own soil.

Just from a guesstimate I would say in Bangladesh, 5 out of 10 young kid are advised to change their bowling action from pace to spin when they start to take the game seriously at club level. I am hearing more and more stories like that because every coach/club member think they can make Mo Rafique out of anyone and his story will be legendary. I am sure even you can give few example just from top of your head. There is no doubt about Bangladesh's ability to produce spinners and one day we will have someone in our team who will be feared worldwide like Murali or Warne.
BCB must take action soon otherwise we struggle to name 5 pacers in whole country.

May be a pace bowling academy could help but then again I am doubtful how much effect that will have since India have good pace bowling academy such as MRF Pace bowling academy but still can't produce good enough pacers.
