It has been almost 6 years since I gave up watching TV, except for sports broadcasts. Never had satellite connection at home, and I was too young to watch bohubrihi / ei megh ei rudro. Among the listed natoks, I watched only "kothao keu nei", "nokhkhotrer rat" and "aj robibar".

I voted for "kothai keu nei" without any hesitation.

What about Ayomoy?

I was really young when they showed Shongshoptok, Bohubrihi and Ayomoy. I just remember Kaan kata romjan yelling, and Ferdousi Majumdar getting the chhyaka on her kopal :duh:

Kothao keu nei is the earliest complete serial I still remember. Even the little things, like kolar chhilka chibaye khao - Bhaitamin ase :P

I remember liking Nokhhotrer Raat, but I forget what it was about.

Aaj robibar is on a website : www.ganguly.de if you search through. That was class 7 too, I remember it well. Was fun.

lately been watching "Nihu tomay Bhalobashi" on Channel i... not nearly as great, but funny. Plus Shomi Kaysar's HOT

Thank you bhai. I was confused about that. Mone Hochhilo Aamer Khosha chhilo, as you said. Shows what 12 years can do to memory

Sangshoptok is the greatest ever serial produced by BTV. Woderful cast and powerful acting. It was nice in every episode.

Jayed I think one of the most popular and nice serial of recent times 'Rong er manush'.

My favourites are-

1. Sangshoptok
2. Kothao Keu Nei
3. Rong er Manush

Bohubrihi- The all time best for Humor..
whereas Shongshoptok/Akannoborti can are the bests among the Serious ones.

These two types cannot be compared together. They have the bests of their own.

bohubrihi first was broadcast in the 80's i think, but it was so meticulosly shaped, to fit all audiences, it contain seriousness and humour.

1. 420-dir:Mostofa Sarwar Faruki Starring:Tisha, Mosharof Karim, Lutfor Rahman George(great serial easily my favourite because of the acting and directing which is on a different level and also because of the honest and realistic storyline)
2. Ekannoborti-dir:Mostofa Sarwar Faruki Starring:Shahiduzzaman Selim, Mahfuz Ahmed, Opi Karim, Srabonti, Ahmed Rubel and Shahed(Great acting and depicts real Bangladeshi family life in urban cities)
3. Mone Mone-dir: - Starring:Joya Ahsan(Brilliant direction and acting especially by Joya who plays a girl with supernatural powers and the storyline was diferrent)

I have heard of this Baker Bhai character, what natok is that?
