will live tv coverage be available in England of BD VS India series.
does anyone know if sony tv, zee tv or any other broadcasters will be providing live coverage?

ESPN or Star Sports will telecast it. If it is available in England, than you will able to watch it. I think Sky Sports will try to telecast it because these series is against India. Many Indian and Bangladeshi people live in UK. So there is a opportunity. But I am not sure about it.
There is another sports channel based in Africa. That is Super Sports. They have 6 channels for sports. They will also try to telecast it. But I am not sure that is it available in UK or not this time too.

How about in USA? I doubt Dish Network will be interested in offering it in Pay-per-view, but will any of the subscription channels like Channel i, NTV, Zee TV, SET, TV Asia carry the matches live, delayed, or at the least show highlights?

In case, anyone is still following this thread to learn who will cover the BD-IND matches in USA, DirecTV got the exclusive right, well of course, if the series go underway eventually... thanks to "faceoff" for the news. Here is the link to the other thread:
