If there was a sarcasm or funny element in this outrageous comment, I totally missed it.

On the contrary, I love the Slans. The commentators and the supporters. There is so much to learn from them.
I have loved Gurusingha-Mahanama's attitude. Ranatunga-De Silva's batting. Loved how Sanga-Jaya showed how to behave in and outside the field. And the fans... Well educated cordial. We had an user Abhearth (SL). He still comes on time to time. I think he is most gracious poster here. 12 years and counting.

How can you hate Sri Lankan Team if you watched them win 96 world cup over mighty Aussies?

I couldn't watch middle part of the match. For what is worth, the pitch is flat like a runway. Anyone would struggle. I think we could get to 312 with few overs to spare. That kind of pitch.
As for Fizz something was off. 2 Wides and beamer noball. 20 runs in one over. Wasn't himself.

... I told you he is home sick..... missing his mom's dishes. Either send him home or bring her mom in SL.
Alternative, send Papon home, he is feeling threatened by Papon.

I thought the game was going to be later today. Completely missed it.
I believe BD could have chased the game successfully. Oh well, next time 2-0 inshAllah.

Congrats Taskin for your maiden ODI hat-trick! Alhamdulillah!
A rare off day for Mustafiz. No problem, be ready for the 3rd ODI.
Although it's against BD but congrats Mendis for your maiden ODI 100!

Like him or not Taskin is a genuine wicket taker and he is not going anywhere.
He always struggles in first odi but learns from it and comes back stronger in next match.
Congratulations Taskin.

Taskin had a great game, wow. Hat-trick and a brilliant ricochet catch. Mash was good too, Miraz came back strongly. Rest of the bowlers were so lackluster. Maybe it was the pitch, but I still think they could have bowled in the right places and put pressure on the SL batsman.

on that highway even 320 was chaseable. Only Fizz had bad day yesterday, he looked bit not focused concentrating on the length of the ball, also not was able to put little extra effort on changing length with variation, was much predictable for Srilankans. But still we could have chased the total easily regarding the highway pitch. I'm happy our bowlers did managed taking all the wickets with Taskin's hat tricks in such pitch.

Thanks aklemalp. Much appreciate the sentiment. My job here is done. It was to provoke the rain to save us from an embarrassing loss after the hype.

Zee ruins everything, deprived us of a competitive match.
I heard Mash and Tamim made special requests not to let Zee open anymore match thread.
