Lets forget about our subcontinent fans for a moment. I can assure you when BD played against ENG in wc，most Aussie’s supported BD over England . just dont need to go too far and listen to commentary of my fellow Queenslander Matthew Hayden， you will notice a significant changes in respect towads BD team.You just talk with anyone that goes to Gabba with children to enjoy cricket， all will tell you how dramatically BD turned the table and comming as a force.

So respect is growing among the true cricket lovers and allow them some time. We need to earn some titles first like what Srilanka did， until than its ok with me to hear minnows . You will be surprised to know some Aussie’s call NZ minnows (just some geographic rivalries).

Man I went to that thread and some BD poster said BD did not know what is cricket before 99!!

I see what you're saying but maybe it was necessary so that the sane amongst those in the other camps who were misled could see sense. Of course, to the trolls and the racist jingoists - this won't make much of a difference.

it's a very good post by Rinat bhai, but I think it won't matter.
the thing is that wether u are BD or Ind or Pak we are all from sub continent, we have a lot of passion but we lack compassion, we have so much pride but we are miser when it comes to show respect to the opponents.
And this virtual world is helping us to spread hatred or jealousy,
I still wish and hope that us BD fans stop minding too much of what others think of us and just think more about our team,our players and let the performance do the talking.
We can not change the way others look at us, what we can do is support and celebrate.
