this example tells only having ex-players in football federation is not the solution of the problem. as Dido said most of these ex-players know nothing about football development. E.g, Badal Roy, everyone knows he was famous footballer, I am following football since 80's, I have never seen him playing a good match in international level. He somehow managed to be a good player - I don't know how!! Now for his connection with government he has become the head of BD football. Probably Dido was not clever enough to deal with these ex-players, but he opened their face.
