No one. 3 teams will play with each other and group winner goes forward to next round. But I think ICC will keep it hush hush and let Netherlands play.

No wonder RTD and Kervezee stop playing for the Dutch. Did want to be part of scandalous team.

i'm not shocked because i believe this happens in elite sport, but it is completely unfair. i don't care if cooper is their best bat, he didn't make himself available for the squad, that means he can't be in it unless of course the injury is legitimate which is seems that it isn't.
