PS - i've noticed BC has its share of game-less losers. in fact, its all the old, fobby, uncles, whose macking has been trump tight in the real world.

Sunny, I think the movie I linked to in the first post made it a popular fashion trend among some South Indian men. But I believe wearing double shirts was already common for truck and taxi drivers there -- I don't know the reason but perhaps it could have something to do with keeping the inner one clean and free of road dust.
