Sub forums are the problematic area to navigate.
What is the use of "Just Cricket"? I didn't get (purpose) it when it was created.

BanglaCricket award: just merge with Cricket. Sticky can be used for future events. With the negative performance the team is having I don't think anyone would be in right mindset to even initiate something like this.

League & Tournament, Simulation and fantasy can be merged into one. With 29 threads only why couldn't ICC WC T20 2014 exist with in BanglaCricket as a subforum?

To defuse the confusion on where to open a thread relating BD Cricket and Intl Cricket (match threads for example) make it just one cricket. I understand the downfall of having similar threads and Mods having to merge them often but that is done almost most places.

So my suggestion would be:

Cricket:
- World Cricket (Both BD and intl cricket under one roof or broken under mini sub-forums)
- Tournaments, Simulation, & Fantasy (This can have another mini-sub forum 2014 T20 in here)
- Archives: (Move the match threads and time to time tournament subforums all at once plus some special threads like Jhakanaka)
Other sports:
- Other Sports
Misc:
- Forget Cricket
- Get together
- Support & Announcements

We are going to start the forum merging soon. The structure is going to be somewhat similar to what Mizan outlined above and is based on feedback we saw here and also based on moderator experiences as to what worked in the past.

Top level forums:

Cricket
- Match Archive - read only. Moving others to an archive stops ongoing discussion
- Fantasy and simulation (mostly to cover simulations like MLC)
Other sports
Misc
- Forget cricket
- Gettogethers
- Support and SUggestions
- BanglaCricket operational - for when we reorg - transparent forum
- BanglaCricket awards

Forum and sub forum names not locked in. Suggestions most welcome.

The big cricket forum is now the merged forum of BC, INt., Leagues, etc and is called All Cricket.

disagree with 100 posts. no restrictions should be placed..... just becuase u are here longer doesnt mean u know more....ex me.

also half disagree with zeeshan... dont need award forum, can be part of the website, doesnt need to have a forum...however simulation should be there i think...its all about popularity... going by the views its one of the best.... so should be kept....

OK that's it. I have given enough time for the new structure to grow on me But I have to give in.

I hate the fact that all the cricket threads are at one place. It's a cluttered mess..

For instance, when I want to read about Bangladesh cricket and threads on the latest development, I want those specific threads at the top not IPL threads.

Similarly when Shakib is playing, I want to see the IPL threads at the top not way down after 4-5 threads.

And this structure also under utilizes the existing threads. For example, the Shakib IPL monitor thread was such a fantastic one. All the KKR and Shakib stuff either went there or on Shakib's thread not the IPL match thread.

In total agreement. "Bangladesh Cricket" and "All Other Cricket" two separate sections.
