well if ash stays then the whole team will follow the bad performance of him, we need someone who can stay in the crease for a long time, either drop ashraful or give his 5th spot back!!! get shakibul in 3rd position and see what happens?

Ashraful is getting too old @ 25 years of age to play Top Class Cricket for Bangladesh anymore.

Age Barrier for the current crop of National Cricketers in the year 2010:

Abdur Razzak: Going to be 28 in 2010
Ashraful: 26 in 2010
Junaid Siddiqui: 23
Mashrafee: 27
Naeem: 24
Shafiul Islam: 21
Sakib: 23
Aftab: 25
Raquibul: 23
Bashar: 38
Shahadat: 24
Syed Rasel: 26
Imrul Kayes: 23
Enamul Junior: 24
Mahmudullah 24
Mushfiqur Rahim: 22
Nazmul: 23
Rubel Hossain: 20
Shahriar Nafees: 24
Tamim Iqbal: 21

From above, we can easily point out who will play how many years for Bangladesh in the near future. Just cut the 25 year olds from our "CURRENT" national team and you'll see that only a certain age-group level players are performing and we can easily predict who will be performing in the next couple of years.
