Exactly what I was thinking during the ceremony. Doesn't make any sense. The MOM should get around $1250 and 50 and 6 award should get $500 max.

50s and 6s or w/e extra things they do now days, should get a 4 figure. A MOM should receive a 5 figure

500 and 1000 looks soo cheap. You could work at McDonald's and get $ 500.
