Brunch:
Cooked myself a traditional Putanesca with a hint of dried Chipotle and cilantro. Freshly grated Pecorino to top it off. Washed it down with chilled water and iced mint tea (made with fresh mint). Coconut and chocolate ice cream for desert.
Dinner:
Probably cook a lamb sausage risotto seasoned with fish sauce.

Suitcased chipotle. But I won't be surprised if Dhali begins to import the stuff.

^ Assuming you're not as blind as you're presumptuous, when was the last time you went to Dhali? I went there last night. We're from this neighborhood since my grandfather built his house here in 1965. About 70% of their customers are either expats, NRBs or former NRBs such as myself. Although lately quite a few semi-educated, garments type khyats and twits with faux accents have begun to go there to show off.

Sohel NR bhai (and Boss), is it possible to get porcini mushrooms in Dhaka now? Also, did you get arborio/risotto rice from abroad or from Dhaka?
