Rubel and the frequent costly final overs

How many matches is he going to lose for us by giving 20+ runs in an over during the end? Enough is enough , someone needs to put some sense into management to let someone else bowl the final overs , it's getting tiring seeing the same game changing overs by Rubel handing to the opposition the match on a platter.

He is mentally not strong when the batsman keep on attacking him. He shouldn't be bowling the last 3 overs and I would prefer to see Abu Hider replacing him as death over bowler.

He uses to be good in crucial overs.
Now the opposite, same **** that Mash used to go through.
Otherwise he is bowling very well even in t20s but totally flops in last over
