Gayle needs to imagine himself playing IPL, but with India's current batting they can chase down anything, or get a huge score.

4.2 Roach to Dhawan,
out Caught&Bowled!!
Caught on the second
attempt. Dhawan
comes down the track
and chips this one
back to Roach who
sticks his right hand
out and palms it up.
He then recovers to
move across and take
it easily. So finally a
failure for Dhawan.

Both Dhawan and Kohli threw their wicket away.

Tried to watch the game. But bad commentary + constant noise of vuvuzelas is a real deal breaker. Back to cricinfo.

WI is full of talent in the batting department but unfortunately they're inconsistent

What game , thank god the bowlers can bat. Few batsmen really not thinking about their shot selection at all. Sammy and Narine were guilty. Pollard continues to fail with the bat

WI as usual made the target a lot harder then it actually was. The problem they have is their batsmen are blessed of being big hitters but lack the subtlety required in batting. They don't rotate the strike enough. I still feel Sarwan should be in as he's a class batsman who has that subtlety. But a win is a win so credit to the WI.

I fear Sarwan might never play for WI again. Knowing how the selectors operate. His form was really poor recently

I'd take him over Devon Smith any day though. Sarwan has won many matches for WI which Devon Smith can't say

Sarwan looks to be in really bad form. He used to be one of my favorite players from WI. Sad to see his career end up like this.
I can't see how India can be motivated to win this Tri series after just winning a major ICC tournament. This tournament is simply way too close to Champions Trophy for anyone to really care.
Good job by WI though... they seem to be a team on the rise

WI has some good fast bowling talent coming through, we all know of roach but holder and beaton look like really really good prospects.

So the match was close in the end. Good job by WI.
The problem with WI is that their team has loads of big hitters, which makes them an amazing t20 side. However in the ODIs you also need someone who can take 4-5 singles in an over, as more often than not matches are effectively won between the 15-40 overs. Right now only Darren Bravo fits the bill, so playing another similar batsman like Sarwan might not be a bad idea. On the other hand they can do away with Ramdin, provided Charles is good enough with the gloves.

Charles is doing pretty well now with the bat, reckon they ought to have a hard think about it befits giving him the gloves, don't want to effect his batting, they need him firing.
