Why are people asking for 3 spinners? How's that gonna help? Ever heard of variation? You guys eat enough bhat as it is! Mix it up!

Look how AC is managing his 2 spinners, and look what happened to India with their one dimensional attack.

That's because our pitch are not pace friendly, at least not for the pacers we have. Spinners don't mean same types. One SLA, one off spin and another SLA, with more flight are definitely more variation than our one dimensional two pacers, who are not capable of any variation. It is the pacers who are losing us games one after another. Remember Asia cup?

The point is 4 best ODI bowlers should play and i dont see any top 4 bowlers are pacers. We must come out of some pre conceived idea that at least 2 pacers "must" play. Select the team based on our strength and opposition weakness, that's the point!

Shafiul is just as bad as Rubel...will the selectors ever learn? Even Rasel would have been better than these 2, not to mention Nazmul!

Rubel is a total flop in NCL yet he gets a nod. And see how he just ruined the game

Could have gone with another spinner instead of Shafiul cause we have just essentially taken out one spinner and brought in two pacers, Zia and Shafiul.

Mushy better use Zia to bowl if Shafiul is being smacked around all over the field, cause pressures on Gayle to perform and if he does....lol Shafiul will break his own record with his bowling figures.

I thought Shafiul gave away 80 some runs in one ODI. And he is back!
I thought Our country is full of "smart" people, but when it comes to cricket team management....

He has gone for an econ rate of 9+ a couple of times without completing his full quota but bowling at least 7 overs.

Good morning boys. A big day for us. Hoping for something good. If we are a big team we will have to prove that. No matter we win or lose the toss.

I can't believe they are taking Shafiul...pacers won't make any difference rather they will score 100 runs in first 10 overs and then they will give away the match near end...worthless pacers ...never work hard to rectify them (exception Mash)

Jaak Baba Zia Chance paise. Plus Saiful can hit. So batting is pretty set up. But at the cost of bowling. I would rather take Sunny instead of Saiful.

Daily Star is saying

"Left-arm spinner Elias Sunny has been drafted into the Bangladesh squad and it is possible, with off-spinner Shohag Gazi already opening the bowling, that Sunny may replace pacer Rubel Hossain for today's match in order to increase the hosts' spin advantage. Another less likely change is Jahurul Islam taking the place of batsman Naeem Islam."

.. That's not bad. Beacusae Sunny instead of Rubel would mske abig difference in bowling. However I would rather take Zia instead of Jahirul.

Could have gone with Zia instead of Jahurul, give him a try and he can bowl at least.

Winning this match will not be that hard. Windies doesn't stand a chance against Gazi and Sunny. 43 overs of spin at least

if Sunny is taken, Zia has to be taken as well. even a 3-4 over spell in the middle over might be useful from Zia and not to mention his batting. Sunny, well, in this situation, bowling 3 specialist spinners, i dont expect him to be great. However, rest assured he will be more economical than Rubel, Shafiul. If he can save 15-20 runs... his position is justified for me. dont forget how West Indies suffered against Sunny last year.
