Thanks to all for coming and what i want to talk about in this thread is how to get our team in good form. As we all know what kind of form our team is in and especially our top order batting! So please tell us how you think our team can get back in Good form and especially that Kiwi series form

Tell me if you think we should get a psychologist for the team or maybe change the whole coaching staff and or the players.

If we hire psychologist. I will feel very bad for him/her because he/she will soon need a psychiartist for his/her mental problem caused during his/her session with our "shunar chand" cricketers.

They need to learn the techniques to survive. There should be intensive training session, something like boot camps for few months every year. BCB could bring in some guest high quality coach for fielding, bowling, batting for those 1 or 2 month of training every year. They can even bring in some of the best world class bowlers and batsman as a guest to bowl/bat against our team during those training session, which will definitely boost our player's confidence. Our team is not technically sound and they need to work on that rather then shuffling / reshuffling the team every now and then. The out of form player should play the A team on a regular basis even our star player like Tamim should do that before getting his form back. Some new players like Anamul, Asif or Mominul can be given a chance to see if they can fill in the #2, #3 position. Also we need to do the pacer hunt once again and create more pace friendly pitch for the development of future pacers. BCB should be out of corruption and spend the money properly for the development of our cricket.

don't give them a hard time Bd is playing well according to their limitations don't expect much from them pakistan is in good from after beating sri lanka recently..
