Should be a rule whereby every team has to play 2 Bangladeshi pace bowlers and they have to bowl their quota. You'd see plenty of high scores.

And you would definitely see at least 14 different Bangladeshi fast bowlers. Who will be under spotlight through out the tournament.

Imagine the bowlers we'd get to see. Let's say each franchise bought 3 bowlers there'd be at least 21.
