Shakib hasn't scored an ODI century in four years! This should be a perfect opportunity

16.4
Chigumbura to Mominul Haque, no run, fuller and a shade outside off, Mominul goes for an ugly across the line swipe and misses. Poor choice of stroke
16.3
Chigumbura to Mominul Haque, no run
16.2
Chigumbura to Shakib Al Hasan, 1 run, that was risky! Short cover thrust himself to his left to try and get behind a drive that Shakib hit on the up. It was a slower ball from Chiggy and the pitch helped it out as well to make sure the ball stopped on the batsman and force him to mistime it

Amago mathe kamla khata uchit..what's the point playing cricket when we are good at doing kopa kupi ..and now Mominul shagred join his guru

You may be right. Although at first I thought this pitch is totally batting friendly, now it looks otherwise. But I am worried about our spinners on dewy conditions.

Lol I am not calling for his drop. I am just discussing Cricbang bro's suggestion that he should come at 8.

Okay fine he can bat at 4 or whatever in the tests. Not in the ODIs. 7 or 8 was his spot to begin with.

Zimbabwe fielders have already saved 20 or more runs in the field. Impressive.

Struggling against Zimbabwe on home conditions just shows how hopeless the top order is.

Don't worry, similar situation there in practice match as well, three early wickets , we ecelerate from 35 overs. Lots depends on present pair, not sure how dew will play tonight.

What's the benefit of playing in Dubai? Why not arrange something with Scotland, Ireland, etc in a bouncy condition in Europe? That's the closest we can get in terms of preparing ourselves for those pitches in Australia.
