1 Solution to 1000 Problem: Make Sujon Manager
I'm tapping my own back right now!!!
Because I got this idea. lol.
ok, now i'm serious. think of it chaps. This ex-con oops, ex-army manager costed us this series win against Zim. This rafiq incidence not only prevented him from playing the final match, it also forced all other players to play with a disturbed mind. we still don't know what really happend. but one thing is quite clear. the manager failed to keep the integrity of the team. it was his responsiblity to prevent thing like that from happening. let not even get into the debate of whether the decision was timely or not (yeah, yeah, both sides have some point, so leave that). but the bottom line is, that prevent us from getting the first series win. we really need a manager who is a former cricketer and understands the emotions and necessities of cricketers. who that could be? SUJON. SUJON. here we have lots of people who wants sujon to retire. doesn't matter how much u dislike sujon, no one can deny his spirit and he is a real team man. he can really be a very good manager. not to mention, as a manager he'll not keep the position in the team. that problem is solved too. we need to show more respect to this national hero! i guess this is the best, and safest way for us to do that.

Well, we know that BD cricket would improve lot if we could have ex crickets run BCB in all importent posts. Definitly as a manager, it would help a lot.
Sadly, politicians run Bangladesh Cricket.

As manager, Sujon will list himself in the playing 11 minutes before each game.

BD would have lost the series anyway. If Rana could go out and hit 50 when he was the man in the centre of this thing then the rest of the team has no excuse for collapsing. They gave away the match and the series! Rafique wouldn't have helped much

I think its too early for him to manage national team. He can manage under-19 or A team for a while and gather experience, and then bring him onto the national team managing post.

I think sujon should get some experience and training first, then he could be a good team manager.

excellent idea. That way for under -19 he can not make him available when the game starts. For A team, if he imposes himself that wouldn't matter much.
I see another thread that was created earlier. Chacha as Manager

All great coaches were a mediocre player. Hardly seen any great player becoming a great motivator as coach or manager. I think its a good idea to have sumon as the team manager. Somebody said something about coaching under 13 or 15, I guess bulbul could a very good coach for them
