Pakistan should play bit more attacking, the way they batted second innings yesterday it looked as if stayng on the crease would save this game.

South Africa- The team to beat. Day by Day, they keep getting scarier and scarier. I wonder when is the next time Bangladesh plays in their Den? We should play them real soon to see where we really stand in terms of cricketing strength and skill in world cricket.

They are the team to beat in their own conditions. I would like to see how south africans play in India Sri Lanka or Abu Dhabi against quality spinners

Pakistan facing innings defeat again, somehow I feel BD would have done better than this Pak team.

Ya, they need to come out of their shell.

True, BD got some exciting players specially in Tamim ,Sakib , NAsir, the PAk players not showing enough intent & more in to surviving, but how long can u survive against SA pace attack, specially if u don't rotate.
although our bowling is terrible but atleast we would make it more exciting.

But as I said somewhere before, currently South Africa is a more dangerous place than PAkistan to tour.

Poor Pakistan lost the test in 3 days!

Yes, BD could have batted better than this Pak team I guess, but our pace bowlers are to say the least.

Pakistan missing Umar Akmal quite badly...perhaps Nasir Jamshed could be and should be given a longer run in tests....

The fans are extremely deluded, they were expecting drawn series against SA, at home Now they are acting like the Indians saying 'wait til they come to the UAE' (feel sorry how they can't even say Pakistan lol) and saying how ordinary Philander, Morkel and to an extent Steyn will be and is

Rumor is that Whatmore may lose his job. If I were him, I would have stayed with KKR, instead of getting in this mess with Pakis.

I just read in bdnews.24 that PCB thinks Whatmore should go through a crash course in Urdu. This was such a pathetic news. Reminded me 1952 instantly. Like Whatmore or Moody knows Sinhalese and Tamil by now. If they wanted this bad they could have added it in the ad before appointing someone.

Shame on PCB.

Just checked out this ODI series is started and Pakistan is chasing 315 in their 1st match. Cant remember when they did that successfully last time.

Expected result, Pakistan lost their 1st match of five match series by 125 runs. Little contribution from Younis, Misbah & Afridi. But everyone else failed to poised ay positive cricket, were very hurry in get allout in 190 runs.

Looking forward for a whitewash result here, that will take SA back in #1 position.

Pakistan crossing 300 with their batting line-up should be morale victory for them

yes so true. They are excelent bowling department, but due to their batting, they will alway have hard time winning high scoring games. they are old, boring and cannot score quickly. They need to seriously think about introducing new batting talent with the goal of building more dynamic batting order.

SA's test strength is miles ahead of its ODI, I wonder why.
