Good time to groom new captains for both formats.

Where are the unofficial tests?
Ireland is now a test playing nation. The last that is expected of them is to organize longer format games.
Thumbs down from me.

From the financial perspective of the poorest FM board in the world which do you think is preferable.
Several LO games
1 4 Day match

When did they not become a full member and not gaining the appropriate funds?

@Donal, I'm just assuming that the revenue was increased.

Wonder if any u19 guys will be picked if they do well in the u19 WC. A couple of the fast bowlers along with afif, saif, towhid, maybe pinak could jump start their career using u19 WC momentum going into an A team tour and doing well.

I have not seen any match in Ireland so far. How are the pitches there? Seamer friendly or flat?

It was increased, but we're on half of what Zimbabwe get, for comparison, and without county cricket much much more money must go to wages

Depends.
If its Malahide the track tends to be good for batting.
Clontarf is good for seamers, 250 a good score there.
Stormont is similar to Clontarf, in fact at times Stormont can be fairly spin friendly
Bready hasnt hosted any internationals since gaining international status, but its likely to be the same as Clontarf i.e plenty for seamers in it.

Sounds like a good place to groom some of our U/19 players who are currently playing in NZ.
I expect most of our players to be selected from the Academy team that toured England last summer, with addition few U/19 players like Saif, Afif, Hridoy, Hasan.
