That was just a question, an important one, and after all his inclusion will be questioned by all quarters judging by his performance from the last year up until now. Where do you see arrogance? Or, you just want cheerleaders here that have to toe your views and party lines?

The post was directed towards me and I found it bossy, and after this post I don't think layperson was right in his observation.
Forget it.
I still can't find the question out of your post, anyway I will try to know his vision about Habibul Bashar and other senior players.

I think this will be an interesting question as Durjoy was discarded almost in the similar fashion although politics played some part in his case.

Yeah. Forget it.
Find whatever you find and knock yourself out with it. You find me bossy. I find you increasingly paranoid.

How important do the selectors think a leg spinner is to Bangladesh cricket? Alok kapali and Ahraful are other part time leggies, do the selectors think a we have any quality leggies in the offing? that would be my question.
And I'd also ask how far the BCB are trying to get BD players experience of playing overseas and by that i mean encouraging and helping guys like Rajin, aftab, mashrafe and shakib to play grade cricket in Australia or County or league cricket in England. Playing in such conditions and in such a professional setup can only help our players progress and learn to build an innings.

Miraz bhai- I have read somewhere Durjouy's comment about our lack of other spin option than SLA. Plz ask him- did he find any good/potential spin option in current NCL? and does BCB has any plan to produce good quality spinners? Thanks.

i can't see why anyone would want bashar...he is clearly done, hasn't scored big in the NCL even though his a** is on the line.

My question for Durjoy would be.
1. When will we see an off-spinner like him in the sqad again? Does he have anyone in mind?
2. How would he blend in talent and experience in selecting a team for Test Cricket in countries where the pitch is bouncy?
3. What is his idea about selecting for A teams? mere national team discards or targeted NCL performers?

Actually scoring nothing is better than scoring 1 century in NCL and getting 2 year visa for National team.
He hasn't got the visa yet, but you can be nearly 100% sure that he will (at least 1 year visa)

It's pretty unfortunate that Bashar makes it to the top six or so in batting rankings in the NCL so far albeit not scoring a good number of half/full centuries, once again exposing the poor quality of batting in the competition. Apparently Rajin also makes it to the top ten, although I'm sure people would hardly remember him doing anything special.

Dear meraz bhai, please ask durjoy,
1. what they were thinking about Dheeman ghosh, I think he will be a good choice for ODI and keep Mushfiq rahim in competitive mood.at the same time, we can prapare two wicketkeeper for international area.
2. is nadeef chowdhury overrated? i think he is.
3. who is our fourth pacer at this moment? (top three we know , mashrafe, rasel, shahadat), so the fourth pacer, is it talha/ sajedul/dollar/shahajada/ tareq aziz/najmul/tapash)
4. are they considering raqibul hasan in the test match?
5. is it possible we can have 4 different openers for test and ODI. In my opinion,
for test: javed omar and mehrab Jr (both can stay in th wicket)
for ODI: tamim and junaid ( 3rd: imrul kayes)
6. In ODI , is Mosharraf rubel ready yet to replace rafiq/ mahmudullah riad?
7. what durjoy is thinking about appointing a bowling coach and fielding coach?
thats it. my lucky 7 question. please ask, if u think its appropriate to ask. thanks, we are waiting to read ths interview......i am sure we will know a lot about our future of BD cricket. thanks...

1) How much of the philosophies of the previous selection panel (one of the better ones BD has had) are being maintained and what is being changed? By philosophy I include approach to interpreting FC stats, international performance, subjective analysis, input from head-coach, etc.
2) Is the present selection panel rising above petti Bangali politics and asking previous selectors for insights even as they (the new guys) make up their own minds?

now i am serious. can you ask him that
1) On what basis they are gonna select palyers for national team? i mean, on their domestic performances? or their expriences? or what? i asked that cause, most the players who does really superb in domestic cricket and when they promoted to national team, they started to show their real class. and about the expriences, i wanna say that do we mean only how many matches one played by expriences? or by expriences, actually mean that someone who has great deal of skills and ability to play really good even under pressure? which none of our players have. so i wanna know on what basis they are gonna select players or they do select players?
2) Will Siddons be one of the selectors? if yes then how much power he will be hold? as much as other selectors or more?

Just finished the interview. It was a good one. Durjoy gave me about 45 minutes time over the telephone and have cleared his vision about selection process, NZ bound team, Domestic cricket and many more.
I have asked almost every question posted by different members. I need some time to compile the interview. I will post the interview within couple of days.
