Should be a close game, but we for some reason have the odd habit to be at our absolute worst against Lanka. Lanka has embarrassed us many times, but this time hopefully Mustafizur shell shocks them.

Need this in the bag to stay alive in the series. Also SL has been revamping their squad and out of depth I dare say nowadays and this is BD's best chance to beat a major team. If BD is aggressive and want it badly we will win InshAllah... Same squad, although Rony would have been an x-factor and we will need to wait till Alamin fails (which is just a matter of time against a big opponent in my opinion - as controversial as it may sound).. Once we get Abu Haider Rony in the side it is a complete T20 squad and obviously the batters need to find some confidence from somewhere... where is the coach and Mash when it is needed the most to spur the team on?

A must win. If we bowl well I can't see them posting more than 140. Senior batsmen need to step up (Mushy, Shak) and Soumya needs to use his head..he bats 20 overs we get 160 minimum. Same team, Nurul adds something we have been missing for almost 10 years.. a safe pair of hands behind the stumps.

Sri Lanka on their day can beat anyone.. and whatever happened to the "next Jayasuriya" Kushal Perera? Was an exciting prospect this form of the game..

I also want Rony in the side..but if he replaces anyone in the side it has to be Taskin.

Nice thread. We have a serious problem in this match. 2 of our top 3 faced malinga only once and Mithun never played against him before. Its gonna be a tough start for us.

Why isnt anyone concerned about Soumya? He failed 9 times in internationals and 9 times in BPL (had 1 good knock if memory serves me correct). Thats 18 bad innings. He will play 2 more games so if he fails thats 20 failed innings. In this rate, Mithun and Imrul's inclusion shouldnt even be questioned for next 10 games.

That is very true.Due to his past form in Odi we have idolized him.Souyma is a illusion we are blind my his class.In truth he is a average player his form is not that good

I am not bothered by Shakib's bad form. I am more worried about his lack of interest & focus. Don't know what's wrong with this guy.
