Shakib-al-Hasan: to be honest with you, i doubt Ashraful has learned much, he just needs to focus on his batting, his captaincy is fine. simple formula: no batting: no captain! great batting: great captain. because on many occasions, if he just stayed there instead of getting out, we would have seen more victories...there have been occasions where Ashraful did that: we won example: famous victory against New Zealand in October 10th, 2008 and a few others.

ashraful till he retires. this way our leadership and his spot on the team (regardless of form) and our ranking at #9 is solidly safe for the next decade or so.
