I don't know if this rage is because the thread opener is BD-Shardul.

Just because I didn't keep the options of BD-2 : NZ-1 or BD-3 : NZ-0, doesn't mean I don't want to see those results. These polls are opened in BC just for fun and to make the poll interesting, I excluded those two options. I like you also believe that we have a better team than New Zealand this time, but no matter how good we are, we are always vulnerable in front of Kiwis because of their sheer tenacity injected by Captain Dan Vettori, which most probably will be complemented by our sudden brain freeze, self destructive instinct, and kiwi conditions.

To put in ATMR's way, pessimistically it is BD 3-0, realistically BD 1-2, optimistically BD 2-1. Not that I want my team to lose (how can I), but whenever our beloved tigers make us eat our own pessimistic/realistic expectations about them, know that those words are the sweetest ever things to eat in this earth.

A complete whitewash is not completely unrealistic. Highly unlikely but a possibility none the less given NZ injury and form worries and BD playing quality opposition for a month straight.

T20 : We should really win it. We need to. We haven't won any in 2+ years. This is the first agains NZ so we can at least own this head to head.

ODI : I'm predicting a 2-1 win by our boys.

Test : lets face it, BD is incapable of drawing a test match. We don't have batsman who can bat out a draw and we don't have bowling that can tie down the batsman of the other team for a really long duration. NZ also doesn't have any patient batsmen in their line up. This match will resolve (weather barring) by 4th day lunch and could go either way.

At home I would have backed us to win an ODI series against New Zealand however in NZ that is highly unlikely. I think a whitewash is the most likely outcome with us giving them good fights in two of the ODIs. However I'm gonna be optimistic and say we will win one.

As for the T20 I don't think Siddons takes this format seriously enough I wouldn't be surprised if plays his boy Rokibul along with Imrul ahead of Aftab.
