Opening - Soumya or Litton
I am not sure why they opted to go with Litton at the top today. Soumya wasn't doing too bad at opening, in fact was giving us the quick start that we needed. Plus, Litton came in to middle order and scored that blistering innings against WI.
Not a fan of the sudden change in the order. Let the players play in the positions they have been settling in.
I would like SS at the top. He seems more suited for that role and is physically a better pinch hitter for the opening PP.
Thoughts?

I think they went with liton to counter Mujeeb..otherwise there would be two left handers opening
this plan backfired for sure
SS needs to open

It was a decision specific to this match. They knew Mujeeb would open the bowling. They didn't want to send in two lefties against him. I think they will go back to the old order for the next matches.

Obvious next logical selection: Tamim down the order and Liton-Soumya opening

Oh, that makes some sense. Glad you pointed out.
Edit: Nightwolf too

Depending on pitch and opposition.
Most cases it should be SS. None of them were out today.

I would back epitaph first post and I have said it already before start of wc. but doing this now disturbs team balance..
But after wc,
tamim- can play slowly at no 3 with both openers going gung ho.. sakib- at 4, musi 5..

I liked to see Liton opening, to countr Mujeeb. However, Soumya should have been left out of this match all together, knowing how week he's against spin. This was the match to give Mithun another go.

i think they should stick with tamim soumya opening pair.
'If it ain't broke, don't fix it'.....
Liton's 94 came at batting number 4 or 5. and he should play at the same position
no change required at this moment
same team unless injury
tamim
soumya
shakib
mushfiq
Liton
mahmudullah
mosaddek
shaifuddin
miraz
mashrafe
Mustafiz
must remain in bench without moving: rahi, sabbir, mithun, rubel

Should have stuck with Sharkar. He is more of an impact player at top order. Gets settled down faster than liton

They did it to counter mujib and also to add a left hander against Rashid in the middle order. Made sense from a cricketing point of view. SS should be back opening next game

It was a simple logic. To counter Mujeeb they brought right hand-left hand combination. This has been done for this match only. I'm sure they will be back with the Tamim-Soumya combination in the next match. However, i feel that Soumya is very shaky against good spin bowling so for future matches like these, he should be left out and maybe bring someone better against spin.
