Firefox Won't Open

My firefox was updating some add on's while the electricity went off and then when i restarted my PC, firefox won't open.
I tried opening thru safe mode, didnt work.
Tried changing my exe file to firefox3.exe. , still doesnt open.

Any suggestions please guys???
