Default MOM vs Ireland -Any of the players? or the Crowd?!

From the overall performance..it appears that Shafiul will be declared MOM in the match. No doubt he has been the star of the day...'Pola to noy jeno aguner-o gola'. But but I do feel very very tempted to offer a huge applaud towards the crowd today. To be honest..they have been simply admirable today cheering every single scored by BD batsmen and every dot ball by BD bowlers. They have literally influenced the whole game today so very sportingly and have put enormous pressure on the Irish team and it worked superbly!

Three cheers for the 12th player ... the millions of cricket fans of BANGLADESH!!

Unfortunately, the 12th player(s) of BD team are the most vital part of the team - the team doesn't seem to realize that often enough. We suck at being too demanding and always seem to root for the typical moronic show that they often display.

PS. Tamim has just been declared MOM..to which I dont agree personally. Shafiul is a better choice to me. But the crowd still stands tall of all of them!

Crowd won it for us today no doubt!! We have the best home crowd in the world. It may only be 26000 but they make it feel like they are a 100,000.

After the match, and before the presentation ceremony today, some players did a lap around the stadium waving at us. Shakib said in press conference later that it wasn't a "victory lap" but rather an acknowledgement of the crowd's influence on the game.

But to be honest, I think we were all celebrating the fact that we don't have to leave the stadium with great embarassment, as seemed likely halfway through the day.

Oh! The crowd was unbelievable. Never seen anything like that before. I am glad that they could go home with a happy memory. The effort they put in to get ticket and then entering the stadium, they totally deserved the win. Mike Atherton rightly said, "with that much love for the game, Bangladesh should've got more than just 8 games".

My MoM was Shafiul. With all the cheering the crowd did, without that 3rd spell from Shafiul, we don't win.

Poor Shafiul got confused by Athahar's comment " man of the moment" and he declared himself man of the match. Everyone in the skysports got a chuckle out of it.

I have to say, the music, the sound system, the roar from the fans everything was great at this stadium. I think we have the best stadium in this worldcup. I agree with the fact that the authorities don't let the Vuvuzelas in the stadium, you can really hear peoplese scream.

And yes, I agree that the crowd is the real MOM for me.
