Default Carl

my favorite car is "Carl". well, its name of A car not a model of car, and if anyone have not read or watch the movie "three comrades" of erich maria remarque, u'll have no idea what i'm talking about. man, i've seen (in picuture or in eyes) many many cares, and also those fancy sci-fi cars in 007. but, the only car i ever craved is "carl". u know the most surprising thing about it? a car like "carl" is not really so much out of rich like McLarren or ferrari!
no, i'm not gonna tell u now, what is the speciallity of carl, i'll tell u latter, unless someone else knows what i'm talking about and posts here.

Default 6er

Let me try to revive it.

I had the opportunity to be present at the Launch of BMW 6 Series. Simply, I was blown over, litereally. They had same size model flown over the guests in the convention certer, without any strings attached (nice trick).

while writing thinking about carl, i remember some conversation between me and a nefew of mine. u know those "sheba" books that they devide into two or 3 parts if they are thick? this "three comrades" were in 2 parts. the first part was quite funny with some really witty comments. but the second part is quite sad. so, when this nefew heard from us that the second part is quite sad, he was not sure whether to read the book or not, since he didn't like to read sad stories. here is how the conversation went:
nefew: tell me some of the sad thing that happends in the book.
me: one of the hero dies.
n: and... i can go with that
m: the herion dies too.
n: i can still read it.
m: they had to sell carl.
n: no way i'm gonna read that book!

..... feeling interested a bit more?

a vein try to make the thread alive again, doc?

no where near it. carl is a car that has a very deceiving look.

3 mechanic friends bough a old really crappy looking car and then intentionally changed to look of it to make it look even worse, in fact as bad as possible. but inside, they did the opposite and made it as good as possible.

when they took the car for a presigious racing, people adviced them to sell the car to the local laundry guy so that his dunkey can get a relief. ... carl won the race.

looking at the car, no one could believe it will run, but while trying to over take (pass) it on the road, they realise that its impossible!
