Default Should chrome domes be a thing of the past?

If one were to go by a superficial glance of scientific development, it would seem that

a) Science has almost identified the fat gene and we will soon be able to take it out during the baby assembly process to ensure a world without fat jokes (whether that's a good thing or not is upto spandex makers to figure out).

b) Scientists have identified genes which can lead to Alzheimers as well.

I say scientists are focusing on the wrong thing. They need to isolate the gene that causes baldness and then develop cheap means of eradicating it from the fetus while keeping it alive. A sort of anti-baldness DNA potion if you will.

And also insurance companies should support Rogain as a prescribed medication.

Why do I espouse this position you ask? Because I am sick and tired of going to a stadium to watch a match and then having to avoid the glare caused by shiny chrome domes. Just not cricket I say

Let's talk about this eh?

I thinking instead of finding cure to becoming fat or bald, scientists should focus more on an immediate solution to gentic blood disorders and other lifetime chronic diseases that could possibly cured by genetic treatment....

RazabQ, if you have a problem with the glare caused by chrome domes in the stadium, you can wear glasses with glare-prevention coating and/or sunglasses, with UV-protector of course.

while we are discussing a bit of medical science... does anyone think it's ethical and justified to make artificial babies for organs and stem cells (which is also found in the mother-child umbilical cord)... stell cell is highly rich in various properties that IF matched, can parmanently cure bone marrow/blood related disorders such as Thalassaemia which is a lifetime genetic blood disease inherited from carrier parents and very common in South-Asian countries, Eastern-Europe as well as Africa.

What are your thoughts? Please justify both side of the arguments

Dear Choudhury Saa'b: Your performance as a jester far outshines your abilities as an editor, my recent experience says.

Besides...

Take that !!
