Sumon is 17 runs short from his 1000 runs.

If he does manage to score his 1000th run in this test, this will be the 5th fastest test 1000 runs by a batsman.

Only 5 others have reached their first 1000 under 15 tests ..

Rusho bhai, apni ki ektu under the influence chilen naki when you suggested that a batsman who averages 35 is the 5th fastest batsman to 1000 runs? Rare slip from you but it did get us excited for a fraction of a second.
