ICC has no benefit rather they will count some lose. Main thing here is just to threat our board.

Cricket is a spectator sport and the most important thing here is spectators. Take out the spectators and the cricket will become like hockey.

confusion is about the frameworks. BCB currently has 2 frameworks, one made in 2008 and the other in 2012. The 2008 one doesn't follow the ICC guidelines and thus ICC won't accept the outcome of the election. So BCB made another one in 2012 keeping ICC guidelines in mind but that is yet to approved by national sports council and I think high court has some injunction on it too. that's where things are now.

Seriously? First the average and now this? With no ICC membership one cannot play in any ICC sanctioned tournament. Even the the chunaputis like Faroe Island and Burkina Faso would ignore us.
