You can only choose from the squad, otherwise I would choose mashrafe

Edit: I would put mushfiqur at number 3, but wicket keeping for 100 overs is exhausting. He needs a little time recuperate. But then again I dont like the idea of Rock at number 3, he is weak against the new ball. I cant think of anyone else to replace Rock at 3. And number 4 is reserved for your best batsmen, to protect him from the new ball. Number 3 is your most flexible player, and openers are the ones who can fend off the new ball.

We dont have a genuine number 3, except Ashraful on his eid day.

I take it SN stands for Shahriar Nafees. I wouldn't even let him carry the drinks !

Naeem should come in at No.8. Ashraful at No.4, Mushfiq at No.5, Shakib at No.6 and Riyad at No.7. That is the best we can get now. Zunaid has to play. Imrul / Nafees have to go. Woeful lack of technique.

It is really annoying that fans are still opting Ash in their lineup. We are virtually getting nothing from his position and that is the main batsman position of no. 4. Ashraful is there means we are one batsman short. Yes Imrul, nafees has also failed but they at least deserve few more chance. But this guy is a proved failure for us, played 50 test matches and averaging only 22. If a test batting line ups no. 4 averages only 22, it is bound to get very difficult even to draw a match. Selecting Ash in the line up has become more of a joke now.

Why do you think Rokibul is suited for #3? He has not been doing any good to the team for a long time now. I think its time we get Naem in, instead of him. We should also drop SN and get another spinner may be Razzak/enamul.

Here is my line up:

By removing the free wickets of SN and roquibul, we are actually increasing two more batsmen and with Razzak/enamul we get another spinner to get some wickets.

i'm not surprised that many fans here still believe in "ash" mosholla. the mosholla is produced by a top-class company, but it makes the cooking disgusting. in other words, more than 50 test matches, still he is the fool of fools.

I would like to add one information in last 2 years ash has played 11 tests and his average is just above 15.Day by day it is going to be clear for me that ash is not a test material at all.

Most of the fans are in favour of playing 3 pacers but my question is what Shafiul and Rubel done for the team in last test?I have little objection about Shafiul but Rubel has done nothing at all he has leaked lot of runs and he has little control on his bowling.I think it will be better to take a spinner in place of Rubel.I felt lack of a spinner in the first test.Unless its a green pitch i am in favour of playing with 2 full time spinner.Probably the pitch type will be same in Dhaka so my bowling line up will be

Yes, it is our home series. We can declare a brand new squad before every test/ODI if we want to.
