To sooth your eyes Mushi scored a century, Shakib, Riyad had 90+s. Junaed, Tamim had multiple 50's. If you ask an old horse (6+ years) to run a derby with the 2+, 3+ year olds you are shooting for the last place before the race can begun.

A guy who scores only 2 20s in 14 outings... can only be asked to be in the team if and only if, the person asking belongs to an opponent fanbase. So are you an .... or .... fan?

why cant we just give him a chance instead of this stat, how comes nafees got in and done worse

I voted for that too. Our T20 team is not doing well. Including experienced T20 campaigner like HB will give our T20 team much needed impetus.

We need a visionary to excel in this format. The invasion of Pandora was just the beginning, but to really succeed in the world of virtual reality, mankind needs something beyond physical skills. Habibul Bashar is that man. He will make us champions in virtual T20.

What is his last 15 test inning scores? What is your projected scores in the next match if selected and how did you come up with that number?

I will decide after I get the answers, Shamim mia. Help me out here please.
And that is why he was dropped. He start to scoring now. I think he has 3 , 50s inlast 4 innings of NCL.

Which 14 outing are you talking about? 1969?
Sorry...bad joke...the fact is I'll not take into account what he did in any selected particular outing. As he is an experienced test player, I'll take what is good of him from the Past, If and only if I have to take anything frm the past. He is the player who scored the highest run for Bangladesh at the highest level. Thats the only part of past that I am interested in. Not any 14innings from 2006 or 19innings from 2000 or 8innings from 1998. Did he prove himself in the highest level? Yes...Now I come back to the present. How is he batting now-a-days? three 50's in four innings???Is it realy the kinda form he is in?It is far far faaar better than present Bangladesh middle order. Given his experience, he would be the perfect combination of HUGE Experience+Present Form...Now who should we drop frm that mortaly broken down middle order to accomodate Bashar? Ash? No...still he is a rough diamond among mediumquality batsmen of BD. Should he play his once in a blue moon Eid innings that wins Bangladesh matches, he cant be dropped. I think for Bashar's accomodation we can drop Roqibul. From Ash we have a possibility of an Eid innings. But I think its obvious now that from Roqibul we can never expect tht flare, he isnt of tht breed, the 'Genious' type. Where as Ash is of tht breed.

So, we got Roqibul for dropping from the lineup for the comeback of the highest run scorer of Bangladesh. And we need to do it NOW!! Urgently!!

He tried his best to bring down his test average below 30. Let his test record rest in peace.

Doesn't matter how many 50's you scored before how you forgot to score a 30. Couple of short balls and the rush comes back you, top edge it. Or just a little slow in bringing down the bat. As for his fielding is concern I better not go there.

I admire him for what he has done for BD cricket. However, 1) his prime is past. 2) bringing him back now only will hurt the progress BD team is making. We don't need non-performing experienced leaders in the locker room. The Juniors watching him play will go back to no accountibility era then.

As for Rok, he may need a rest but there are better players waiting to get in the team. His name is Naeem.
