A new Bangladeshi record
The 19-4 by Mahmud is the best bowling figure by a Bangladeshi. The previous record was by Saiful Khan with 36-4.
23.3 Khaled Mahmud to Flower, OUT: good length delivery on the middle
and off stump line, tries to hit it wide of the mid on fielder but
the shot is not timed well, Al Sahariar moves across quickly,
dives to his left and grabs it with two hands, Mahmud gets the
breakthrough!
Zimbabwe 112/1, Partnership of 112
GW Flower c sub (Al Sahariar) b Khaled Mahmud 59 (87b 9x4 0x6)
BG Rogers 48* (56b 6x4) Khaled Mahmud 5.3-0-14-1
23.5 Khaled Mahmud to Carlisle, OUT: oh dear! duck! fraction short and
very close to the off stump line, Carlisle cuts and gets a thick
edge straight to the keeper, Mahmud strikes again!
Zimbabwe 112/2, Partnership of 0
SV Carlisle c Khaled Mashud b Khaled Mahmud 0 (2b 0x4 0x6)
BG Rogers 48* (56b 6x4) Khaled Mahmud 5.5-0-14-2
25.4 Khaled Mahmud to Taibu, OUT: dear oh dear! this is amazing stuff!
good length delivery, pitched outside the off stump and angling
away, Taibu drives and gets a thick edge straight to the keeper,
Taibu walks back for a duck, this is a magical spell!
Zimbabwe 119/4, Partnership of 0
T Taibu c Khaled Mashud b Khaled Mahmud 0 (2b 0x4 0x6)
BG Rogers 54* (62b 7x4) Khaled Mahmud 6.4-1-14-4

seems like sujon makes us feel dumbo but there's also a say like "a slender wick lits up right before quenching out for ever"
Hope this proverb will never be applied for him.

The fighter has survived again!
I was hoping that this tounament would hasten his departure, but in the end I am ok with being proved wrong!
But I am still hoping that he dissapears soon.

This is in addition to the record for the best bowling in a test match that the great man already holds - 7 for something in the final test against Pakistan.

DILLIKA LADDDOOO
Bhai, DILLIKA LADDDOOO EMNI EMNI BOLINI.
Carefully look at the spelling of LADDDOOO in Shujon's case.
He represents a special category of 'LADDDOOO', that's why.....

Doesn't look like the stats were even looked at... dekhar moto kichu thaklei to... I was still expecting to get a response on the stats... now I think I am a bigger fool for even trying.
Anyways, if one hit makes it good for 10-15 debacles, i guess mediocrity should be hailed instead of being frowned upon.

attacking shujon for no reason?!!!
attacks were based on his performance or lack of it throughout last year. His performance last game was an anomaly at best. I hope we don't make the mistake of taking him to West indies. In the fast tracks there, his gentle stuff would come under ferocious attack. You like to see him humiliated? If shujon supporters like that teatment for their hero, then get ready..I am sure he will play in the west indies. I can't wait.
