Default CI: Power failure hits Chittagong venue

Power failure hits Chittagong venue

I hope this does not happen during the WC.

Ah hah,,,, BCb has a Plan "B" then. If rain doesn't come, power failure can come in time to save us from difficult situation, incase we need one.

This should be our secret plan B against the Afghans. BCB should have someone stand by near the main switch with a mobile phone at hand.

They took 'warm up' too literally for warming up everything.

Then again power failure might go in favor of Afghans. Never know.

I think Bangladeshi power grids are too unreliable and the stadiums should get generators in case of a power failure.

So many D/N matches have been played over the years across different venues throughout the year, this has never been considered an issue.

Now it's the WC, the biggest event and we are having frequent failures within a span of a week in different venues? This ISN'T normal.

There are a lot of sadistic bunch in the country. I have experienced power outages first hand during 2-3 important global tournaments(like the FIFA WC final, Olympics and when BD beat Eng in Eng among others) when power outages at that specific time is not considered usual!

Or, I maybe just over thinking it.

7.45 pm The floodlights have malfunctioned and it's far too dark to continue playing cricket. The players are still on the field for now though. Chandimal takes the time to share a few jokes with the umpires. Angelo Mathews is on a hat-trick, by the way

this is getting too much.....pathetic mangement
