There has been rain for the last couple of days and the outfield is wet and it is unlikely that we will be starting on time.

wet outfield is ok, as long as it doesn't rain anymore. If it continues to rain we might end up with 25 over game.

outfield is looking bad... i think a curtailed 20-25 over game is the best case scenario.

ESPN showed for about 5 minutes. Outfield was muddy and mushy. The pitch is covered. There's a drizzle and no sunshine whatsoever.
