Enamul should definitely play. He was unlucky not to get a chance in the national team tour. and he can't possibly get any worse than what our pacers showed in the last match.

Exactly Rubu...
I wonder why the hell dint they make Enam play....
The team management has some enemity with him or what?
Its imp for another point of view that as Enam said he gonna try a new delivery over there and prove ppl that in England also spinners can dominate...

[sarcasm on]
Yeah, that must be it, Shaun, Dav, Faruk, et al are all out to get Enam. Prolly cuz he's a sylheti ....
[sarcasm off]
Having said that, I do agree it's time to give Enam a whirl. Boy's been raring to go and in the 1st class version he'll be better than Razzak Raj.

Gloucestershire ar very good side in odi matches,
but we should be expecting some good individual performance specially from our batsman with test match experience.

I am afraid that if Gloucestershire bat first it will be a repeat of BD vs. Sussex.

Gloucestershire v Bangladesh A preview
By Mark Easterbrook
Gloucestershire will give first-class debuts to wicketkeeper Steve Snell and pace bowler Will Rudge in the three-day match against Bangladesh A, which starts at the County Ground, Bristol, on Wednesday.
Winchester-born Snell, 22, is a former MCC Young Cricketer and won a full-time contract with Gloucestershire on the back of some impressive performances for the 2nd XI last season. Regular first-team gloveman Steve Adshead will play as just a batsman against Bangladesh A.
Bristol-born Rudge, also 22, is in his first season as a full-time professional with the county. He took 12 wickets in the 2nd XI victory over Hampshire at the Rose Bowl last week.
Head coach Mark Alleyne said: "Will's 12 wickets last week was the culmination of some good performances prior to that. We've had an eye on him for a while and those 12 wickets were the extra nudge needed to give him a first-class debut."
Top order batsman Kadeer Ali, who made a century in the 2nd XI game against Hampshire, returns to the senior side for the first time since the Championship defeat by Nottinghamshire in late May.
Sri Lankan leg-spinner Malinga Bandara will make his Gloucestershire debut, and the side will be captained by England one-day international Jon Lewis.
Alleyne said: "Jon hasn't bowled very much in the last six weeks, having been with the England squad. He thrives on bowling a lot of overs and getting into a good rhythm, so he will play and captain the side."
Gloucestershire: P Weston, Kadeer Ali, J Pearson, A Gidman, S Adshead, S Snell, I Fisher, M Bandara, J Lewis, J Averis, W Rudge.

Go to the cricinfo front page. They have a link which is not working yet that talks about the forthcoming Colin Cowdrey lecture. It seems Boycott is at it again.

M. Rahman but why??? we already have four genuine bowlers + Kapali... Mehrab jnr would have been a much better choice, imo!

why are we playing mushfiqur rahman? it does not make sense. we have talha, rasel and rajib and now we're playing mushfiq too. why play a bits-and-pieces allrounder in a 3-day match?
raj would have been a better choice. since spin bowling is our strong suit, we could have gone with two specialized spinners along with the three pacers. it's not like babu is going to make a major difference. he's just another khaled mahmud. this, IMO, was a weird choice. we could have given hasanuzzaman a chance to see how he performs in the longer version of the game. instead, we decided to go with a player who really won't do much for us in either version of the game.
