Hayre India! 5 years of IPL yields this? Wonderfully dealt with by Hafeez and Malik.

Didn't expect Pakistan to get 10 off the last over, well done. Interesting to note that most of Malik's top scores have been against India, he usually has match winning innings against them.

I reckon we can beat this Indian team now or give them a very close game as long as they don't use their top experience players like Sehweg, Khan and Harbhajan.

ODI 11 Bangladesh and India - Tamim, Anamul, Mahmudullah, Shakib, Nasir, Rahim, Mominul/Zia, Gazi, Mortaza/Nazmul, Razzak and Rubel/Shafiul/Abul v Gambhir, Rahane, Kohli, Unmukt, Raina, Dhoni, Pathan, Ashwin, Oaja, B.Kumar/P.Kumar/Aarun, Dinda/Sharma/Yardav

Also Bangladesh may be playing this Pakistan team in January but no need to fear as they're a bunch of oldies and have not got much success left in them. Look how their young guys like Shehzad and Jamshed struggled against swing so easily and that's what our fast bowlers need to do to them. They look overrated to me plus fielding is poor so we can target that especially hitting the ball towards the big guy in the field.

Dhoni likes Jadeja as much as Siddons liked Rockibul. How can this guy get so many chances in all formats when the only thing good about him is the fielding

"The way we played the last match, our morale is quite high … I will give credit to the bowlers and fielders. They [India] were 70 for no loss and after that we came back. Bowling has always been our strength and in the last match, even after a bad start, the comeback was outstanding. As a captain I am very pleased with that."
Mohammad Hafeez, the Pakistan captain

"The conditions here are different. The one [pitch] in Bangalore was seaming and over here, it will be slow and offer turn. There is no pressure on us."
Bhuvneshwar Kumar, the India medium-pacer

Afridi flopped again with the BAT! If he gets dropped might be blessing in disguise for Dhaka Gladiators!

On the contrary, if he does NOT get dropped, that would be blessing in disguise for DG IMHO.

Ajmol ,spinners should be forbidden to bowl last three overs of a tea20 inn.
Hapiz gem of an innings.
Yubhi grt to see him back in form after all he has gone thru.
Kumar didnt bowl as well as last match ,it was all about the pitch then, but a fine prospect.
Good to see no more Robindro J, Ashwin anyday over him.

Good... that is how BD should get tested, learn from, and improve. A good batsman should be able to flourish under all circumstances. That would be good.

If you watched the match you would know where the match turned. India just made 20 runs more which made the difference. Pakistan was well in course to reach the target but the equation turned too large when Akmal left and Afridi though promising could not use his head. Had he tried a ground boundary rather going over the top still the game was in their slot.

Ajmal over was the key when India made most runs and Yuvi made 3 sixes from 3 deliveries he faced. I wonder had he not changed the side with Dhoni from first ball single, he might have added 2 more sixes in that over.

Sanity prevailed in the end and the Indian version of Naeem Islam (jadeja) was eventually dropped. India should stop playing their useless part timers and pick specialist bowlers. Their bowling is already quite weak and on top of that when they pick bits and pieces players to bowl 8 expensive overs, the game is already lost.

Looking forward to watching Kohli and UV bat. India's others batters can also be quite formidable under these conditions.

Sehwag and Gambhir fall in quick succession. Time for Kohli to stand and deliver again.
