I have worked with customer service in us, so this is nothing.. some cases and while you r at your job for few months these things doesn't touch you any more... you would be amazed to know what these usa people do to get back 1 cent. I have to admit though there are more people who would go out there way to have you earn a little more cause they know you are working here for money but there are some i still have night mare....

Well its not actually about the money, but the language and tone. Specially coming from a woman.

No need to feel sorry for the guy, he was sometimes laughing, listening to what she had to say. He even replied to some of her vulgar comments. He didn't provide any answer to the lady's concern how the money keeps disappearing and how or when he is going to reimburse the money. I would say he is not well trained in customer service.
