Multiple threads on live broadcast issue

I'm not sure if this belongs to this thread or not. Feel free to move it.
Mods: before each BD tour there pops up multiple threads on live telecasting issues. This will continue in the future. So, my suggestion is one of the mods create one thread and not let that thread move down as other new threads are being posted. Encourage everyone to read the threads before asking the same questions. Also no need to repeat the answers.

For exsisting BD-SL live telecasting threads I am not sure if you can merge them together. Specially the ones for US, internet, Canada, Aus, channel S (euro).
